Walking through a Golden Forest

Golden larch trees, steel-blue heavens, clear air - we had a lot of beautiful autumn days this year and to keep the beauty of the Golden Autumn in our heart, I have found this charming 'Golden Forest' and 'Leave' Collection by Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen.

Charlotte Lynggaard created the collection inspired by the miracles of the forest and beautiful tiny objects that are found in the forest, just a few steps from her own backyard. Key motifs, like acorns, leaves and branches, are brought to life with gold and sparkling diamonds, creating a golden fairy-tale of miniature stories and whimsical pendants.

Charlotte Lynggaard’s luxurious jewellery designs appeal to all kinds of women; sophisticated, feminine or modern. She lives with her familiy in Skodsborg, North of Copenhagen in a beautiful house with a marvellous view over the Øresund Bay. Her Interior Design is typical Scandinavian - a lot of white, a lot of wood and a touch of blue.

OLE LYNGGAARD COPENHAGEN was founded in 1963 in Hellerup, Copenhagen, by the goldsmith Ole Lynggaard. A lifelong fascination with precious stones and metals took Ole Lynggaard all over the world, where he refined and practiced his handcraft, before his travels brought him back to Denmark, where the first collection was created in his name. Since then, many beautifull collections have been created. More Information on: You can find a new Pop-up store of OLE LYNGGAARD COPENHAGEN at Limmatquai in Zürich.

Copenhagen offers everything from furniture design and to textile design at museums and showrooms. If you want to catch up on current Danish designers and design trends, then Dansk Design Center is a good place to start. One of my favourite museums is the LOUISIANA MUSEUM OF MODERN ART - landscape, architecture, and art in a unique interaction. The Museum is located 20 Min drive from the City, north of Copenhagen.
